ASCQR Measure Removals Finalized — CMS finalized removal of four measures from the Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting (ASCQR) Program: the COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage Among Healthcare Professionals measure (effective with CY 2024 reporting period/CY 2026 payment), Facility Commitment to Health Equity (FCHE) measure (effective CY 2025 reporting/CY 2027 payment), and both SDOH screening measures—Screening for SDOH and Screen Positive Rate for SDOH (effective CY 2025 reporting/CY 2027 payment).
