6 days out. The CY 2027 OPPS/ASC Proposed Rule comment period closes Monday, August 31, 2026. Practically, this Thursday or Friday is the real deadline — regulations.gov submissions have failed on deadline day before, and a Monday close leaves no weekend recovery window.
