The CY 2026 OPPS/ASC Final Rule (CMS-1834-FC) remains in effect as of Jan 1, 2026: a 2.6% ASC payment update for centers meeting ASCQR requirements, and 547 procedures added to the ASC Covered Procedures List as CMS continues retiring inpatient-only designations.
