The CY 2027 OPPS/ASC Proposed Rule (CMS-1850-P) comment period closes Monday, August 31, 2026. This is the final week to file. ASCA has published customizable comment letter templates for members. If you intend to comment on the 2.4% proposed payment update, the ASC Covered Procedures List additions, the inpatient-only list Year 2 removals, ASCQR measure changes, or the botulinum-toxin prior-authorization expansion, submit this week rather than on the deadline.
